As the title indicates, as CRM, but it is not a CRM is it? Is this a problem with all low end systems, HubSpot, Teams, Monday? I need to start by managing the company structure, many of our accounts have Central Head office and then subs, locally and Internationally and then the related contacts within the various company divisions. In view mode we need to see this structure very quickly, all of these board view confuse the heck out of me. I need to understand all of this because the company wants to use project management and they want sales to use one system. So where do I get convinced that Monday has a CRM/Sales/Contact management system.

Agreed it has elements of a CRM off the back of what looks like mainly a projects/task manager (prefer Asana). Currently testing Agile CRM which looks better focused but that has its own issues.

@@mondaydotcom I think that's the one from September right? Would you consider doing a new one to incorporate the many new features that have rolled out since then?

+1 on this… the webinar is from 2019. We are in 2022. I imagine things have (hopefully) changed considerably since then,

I used it about 5 months. It's very basic comparing to what I've been using previously in my work. Eg: It doesn't detect if same data has been registered on different account like phone number, name etc.. It's not linked to company website or landline phone ( Avaya as such) to recognize when last call was made and who's has been talking to client to avoid repetition (Two CSA calling same client) I didn't like it at all.

Definitely needs improvement. But has great potential if they are willing to improve.

How will the CRM work if you have +10,000 customers
@mondaydotcom
@mondaydotcom 4 жыл бұрын
Hey Martin, great question! You could potentially look into splitting your customers into additional groups to further categorize them or create filtered views with subsets of customers based on your needs. Additionally, depending on how your customers are categorized, you could try using multiple CRM boards. From there, you could tie high-level info together with Dashboards and use Search Everything to find things across the account. Feel free to reach out to our team at support@monday.com and we'd be happy to dig deeper into your needs!

The problem with companies with +10000 employees is they think they need a solution for +10,000 employees.... Software alone, cannot fix inadequate org structures. :)
