I recently purchased a foscam security camera to monitor my puppy while im gone from the apartment. They have a wide range of products with different prices. Setup isnt as easy but was easy enough and they also have an app for viewing and controlling the camera. Very recommended if you are on a budget.

I have iSmartAlarm and iKeep camera and have had no problem with either. I recently purchased the iKeep and it works as advertised. I found it incredibly simple to install and the quality is excellent. This is a terrific product..!!!

Armando - Really enjoy the vids. I'm very technically oriented, but am I missing something? I love these cameras and they are so easy to set up. They work in outstanding fashion. However, can you turn them off when home to avoid the cameras sensing sound and motion? If not, you would have to unplug them while at home. That's fairly inconvenient. Maybe I missed something I can do in 'settings'?? Thanks in advance for your reply and keep those vids coming.

Hey Armando, great review. Can I use the keep without any other iSmart gear, so just the camera using the app to review remotely? What about cloud storage, I didn’t quite catch your comment on that: what do I need for that to get tonwork? i guess I cannot have it stream it to my Dropbox for example?

good product, if had an internal battery that could record for at least 24 hours (its big enough to fit a huge battery) and 8 GB backup storage just in case thieves cut the power lines, would have been a great product.

I'm really ignorant with all this, stuff, but just lately we had our first riot in the area, we live on a corner & just thought it would be nice to set 2 cameras in the upstairs windows to go down to the street level it's mostly a night problem but I would like it to keep the video incase there is a problem. I'm really new to all this & don't understand wi fi, does that cost money? I don't care about the interior , but the neighbors ring since the live on a hill don't capture too much, so I'm looking for a suggestion

The biggest problem with all these security gadgets imo is, they are not open source. People have to trust the vendor about its security. Nobody can confirm there is no backdoor or a security vulnerability in their software.

i wish it had two way talk and I wish it had recording without buying the system. if it could just add those two things I would def buy this. so far Im not a fan of their security system. I like that the camera moves that is the best part of the camera and set up looks so easy.

Not so easy to set up for me.... It gave me a notice that I was on a 5GHZ Wifi, which is not compatible with the ikeep camera.... According to the setup message I need to be connected, on my phone, to a 2.4GHZ wifi... Disappointed there is no mention of this requirement anywhere!

Cho CoMo When they first released their product back in 2013 they had a lot of problems, including non compatibility with Android. If you look at those reviews they are back in 2013, the camera was different and unfortunately I'm not sure why all of their products are tied to 1 review system? Personally, I think they should of made this product it's own, but if you look closely the reviews are combined from new and old products. But it's truly a great product and if you buy it through Amazon, if you don't like it, you have 30 days to return it.

redlightmax Please see my comment below on this. These are OLD reviews that have nothing to do with the iCamera Keep. If you read them, you'll notice they are not even talking about the camera. For whatever reason, the reviews are aggregated with all of the products they sell (why they do this I don't know).
