I've lived here all my life and its really a nice town, however in recent years it has been growing very quickly. The woods i used to play in as a kid are now a magnet school and up the street they are still building more and more mini neighborhoods. essentially it has this modern small town atmosphere without the hassle of actually living in a small town because everything you could ever need exists in the shopping centers just up the street.

I haven't ever really even been to Apex. I just moved to Raleigh after hearing about a DR Horton Community called North Village at Flowers Plantation. I am telling you it's freaking stunning here!

i lived in apex for 2009-2013 i heard they have cut down too many trees since i have left. i liked it as a small city but the population has grown allot since i was last there

Everyone says move to the Carolinas because it's cheaper. I live in New England and I don't see much difference in real estate prices. Pretty much the same except Property Tax which is much better in South and North Carolina.

I moved here a year ago and really like it. I'm a native of NC and wanted to move here because it was a small town. I only hope it stays that way.

Kelly Paris lived here since 98 and this town was covered in trees the new Walmart was all trees target and beaver creek was covered in trees im shocked at how fast this town is growing
