感觉可以补充一下,货币乘数这个概念本身并不是错误的,因为真正的公式是1/准备金率而不是1/法定准备金率,也就是说法定准备金率只是设定了最低值,但是银行是不是一直保持在最低值这个是不一定的。第二个是针对美联储的那篇文章,从宏观经济学的演化来说的,8090年代以前,一直认为货币发行增量是美联储更应当监控的一直数据指标,而准备金率是一个简单的计算和监查方式,但是实际上在90年代以后,大量的央行都实行锚定通胀和失业率并且发现关注利率比关注发行增量本身更能够达成政策目标,所以准备金率的实用价值就很低了,只有一定的承担capital buffer的这样的一个功能。 2010年以后Dodd Frank Act要求所有美国的商业银行都进行压力测试,其中的一个重大的要求就是要监管在9个季度内银行在经济下行期间的资产承压表现,实际上也把准备金率最后的一个用处拔出。
@@louises9911 少人點讚是因為樓主擅自更改公式定義來說明貨幣乘數不是錯的,但FED就很清楚說公式就是1/法定準備金率(where "RR" is the reserve requirement ratio set by the Fed.),樓主說這是錯誤定義又沒拿證據還說這才是真正公式,正常人當然不會點讚啊
