Lavell is a good wrestler. My father helped him train and sat in on his Black Belt test in Shuai Jiao. He is doing good work exposing Both Bokh and Shuai Jiao, though his main focus these days seems to be Bokh since he moved over there and pursued it wholeheartedly.

Nice cross comparison, well made. In the.future I deeply wish you delve into Turkish Wrestling - The sub-disciplines within it : Karakucak Wrestling (Classical), Oil Wrestling, Aba Wrestling, Kuşak (Robe) Wrestling, and Er-Eniş (Horse Wrestling). I unfortunately am not well informed on key Turkic figures outside of Anatolia, but regarding Turkish Wrestling history I would advise you to begin research on the 19th - 20th century Wrestlers of the Ottoman times. He means Outer Mongolia(Independent Country) the wrestling shown in the video is from Inner Mongolia(Autonomous region in China).

sanda and wing chun are the only best kung fu styles of all time except sanda is more effective than wing chun because is works in mma while wing chun does not also sanda,muay thai,savate,dutch kickboxing best kickboxing styles of all time and one last thing will krav maga ever have is own combat sport and work in mma like the combat sports i told you about

No mention of Shuai Jiao as a legit Chinese Art? These days tho, as a complete art, Sambo is good stuff. It covers all ranges and allows you to play them all without specializing in a single aspect like BJJ, Shuai Jiao, Boxing, Savat I think Sambo is one of the best modern arts out there at the moment.
