Instead of growing up into feminine ladies, they're growing into crass, demanding, vulgar, loud people who sleep around for validation. I miss the days of comportment classes and finishing school. In these days, they would be considered sexist, fat-phobic and homophobic, simply because attention would be placed on the feminine form, etiquette, even home economics classes.

I do all this but never understood why people complimented and admired my walk, posture and the way I carried myself. I am this way because I needed to overcome severe anxiety and being in control of my body achieved that for me. I’m an introvert but people always interpret it as being mysterious. Like no I’m just naturally quiet 😅 If you have anxiety this may help you too and take time to do things. Move a bit slower and carefully. Speak calmly, which will lower your tone. I make eye contact with people when they’re speaking to me but when I talk I don’t keep constant eye contact.Lastly the controlled breathing is super helpful for anxiety too.

Good article❤ Occasionally I see women who "intentionally" move sensually, strenuously, gracefully, without emotion, without smiling, and in doing so lose their naturalness and often just seem artificial and unwanted (arrogant) and unsympathetic. That can really quickly tip over and nothing good comes from the goal of looking super sexy. The film Malena is also actually a drama about an unhappy, lonely, beautiful woman who is ostracized by society and receives absolutely no sympathy; she doesn't have a single girlfriend or real friends. Her perfect appearance is a curse that ultimately destroys her. It only brings her rejection, envy, loveless greed, isolation, jealousy and extreme hatred... Nobody helps Malena or stands by her. You really feel sorry for her...

Marilyn´s entire persona, voice, looks, walks, body language and even her name were all highly artificial and altered. Monica´s are not and never were. I wouldn´t even dream of comparing the "product" Marilyn to the natural born goddess which is Bellucci. And she outshines Marilyn in each and every way. Marilyn was completely average, mousy, almost a tad bit homely when she started out. She had to change her hair color, length and cut, undergo very painful electrolysis to change hair entire hairline, overpluck her natural eyebrows, get a nose job to refine her originally bulbous tip. She got called "chinless wonder", and therefore was made to get a chin augmentation (cartilage graft) by the surgeon John Pangman. The x-rays of her nose and chin (before and after) and documents of her medical procedures exist as proof. Shortly before her death she also had liquid injections done to her breasts and ended up with an infection. When it came to her face, she was instructed on how to do her future bombshell make up to make her face the most attractive when she entered Hollywood - because she was explicitly told that her face was not beautiful, and definitely not beautiful enough for Hollywood standards. Her vocal coach told her to lower her voice and speak in a more breathy tone, because her natural voice was too high pitched. For her walk, she ended up instructing her shoemaker to shorten one heel of each pair of shoes a tad bit, so that her hips and behind would sway more when she walked. Being "Marilyn" was a lifelong, painful masquerade and act for her. Monica has never had anything done, and nature gave her the tall height, the curvy body, the breasts, the amazing full and long hair, a mathematically perfect face, and the intelligence to always be mysterious by almost never smiling, never willfully trying to "charm and seduce" or making an effort to be lively, bubbly and fun, and she also chooses to rarely speak. She simply enters a room and is PRESENT. She doesn´t crave validation, keeps to herself, and doesn´t seek attention because she came to hate it so much early in her childhood and teen years. Whereas Marilyn was completely starved for it and hungered for love, and one could feel that in her aura her entire life.

Not to mention, Monroe used her lips and mouth very well.
