Nice review. I like the possibility of entering the number of predefined custom fields for my dearest contacts. A pity that a lot of information should be put in manually where automation is a better option.

Thanks, you made the point that drove it home for me: It's really too manual and labour intensive. One would spend all one's time maintaining it without seeing what comes of it. Hubspot seems far superior.
