Over achiever here. My burnout manifests in lack of motivation, extreme fatigue and then if I don't seem to get over it leads to regular anxiety and panic attacks. Not fun. Currently on a rest break.

I’m being super intentional about balancing work and rest…reading my book every day and making sure I sleep 8 hours. While I work I’ve been doing music and candles and setting intentions before I start that my work session is peaceful and fun 😇

Monica you are my favorite Creator to watch, whether I do so actively or if you're in the background . One suggestion for the kallax unit is to make a curtain on the bottom. Doesn't have to be anything fancy

Hi Monica! I watch your videos to catch-up on how to get busy. One thing I'd suggest is that you put one of your sweatshirts on that naked dress form to promote/remind folks what else you are selling. Some of us don't do candles or stickers. Keep moving forward!

I haven't gotten much done in the past two weeks and it may be burn out or depression or like you said maybe it's burnout... but fall market season is fast approaching so I gotta get prepping for markets. Watching your videos are definitely a treat!
