There is! It happens on input 97, where 160×(0.99)^97 = 60.35 bpm. It's not exact, but close enough :) Update: Wrong tempo. Check below.

@@gabyy1827 My issues mostly come down to audio latency, and there's only so much that can be done. Emulation would give me the best video and audio quality, but megamix has a well known issue, where the audio cues (and only those) are shifted 4 frames later, which is enough to make you miss, and it sounds terrible. The solution to that problem is to run audio on LLE, but my laptop, with an i7 and a 2070s, can't run it smoothly. My only issue with the ds one is that, when emulating, my graphic tablet doesn't register flicks quite well. The audio doesn't have any noticeable latency. Once I figure out a good config for my tablet, expect some videos on the ds version.

I was about to make it slow down by 1% each time (instead of 1% compounding). In that case, it would have stopped at about 2/3 of the level, and the video would have been obscenely long, that being the main reason of why I didn't do it that way. It would have been cool, tho.
