i dont get the flashing LEDs I have never seen a real camera with a flashing LED.

you are right, the logo does give it away. And yes their real camera's do say monoprice as well, but I don't like that either.

Any time I go into a store or somebody's house and I see a blinking red LED, I get a kick out of reminding them that real cameras DO NOT have blinking LEDs! :P

Just a quick question, well two actually. If we bought one could it withstand outdoor weather conditions? Rain, storms every now and then, and heat? Also, how long would the double AA batteries last if I left it on ALL night EVERY night. Would I have to replace weekly? monthly? Daily? That is all you have a fine product, thanks.

I tried some other kind of Chinese camera and the batteries last in a week! Now I'm looking for a dummy camera connected with wires or maybe for a real camera of low budget.

Really stupid... "dummy cameras"so now the crooks will know what to look for ..."dumb ass cameras" I wouldnt buy this product....not now!
