Between it being an actual question from a practice test, to Homer second guessing the obvious answer, to Nancy Cartwright's perfect delivery make this one of the best lines of the whole series to me.

I love the fact that he looks remarkably similar to homer even more. It's just ridiculous humour "oh come on" humour like this that they don't even mention that is a part of what made the early Simpsons episodes so good. My mum worked for decades at a company in Toronto that had a working prototype for a monorail at the back of the parking lot. It had about 400 metres of track. As far as I know, they never sold one. They did, however, successfully land contracts to build many satellites and they designed and built the arm for the U.S. Space shuttle (the Canadarm).
