Rino was the one who choreographed this... she was with SHINee since the beginning till now.. she even does the concert direction for SHINee, taemin solo and recently superM concerts too... She started her career as choreographer with SHINee and still supports in all their activities till now. She is the self declared and fan approved second mom for SHINee (she literally saw them grow up and taught them during that time). She is very close to all of SHINee, u can even see her chatting in live video call with Minho (who was and is in military) sitting beside taemin just before start of his concert last year in the behind the scenes video... She calls SHINee her kids and NCT her grandkids 😁

This was the first SHINee song he wrote the lyrics for along with Minho! The original song was called "Deal With It," was sung by High School Musical's Corbin Bleu and was written by Mikkel Remee Sigvardt, Jay Sean, Mich Hansen, Joe Belmaati😊

Yeah you could totally condense multiple b-sides into one video if you wanted. SHINee have been around for over a decade so they have nearly 150 songs JUST on their Korean albums, and 5 SHINee World concerts. That doesn't include any of their Japan stuff, other concerts, or any of the members' solo stuff. You'll literally never run out hahaha 😂 Especially if you wanna get to all the b-sides, and their Japanese albums someday... They have just as many (if not more) Japanese songs as they do Korean 😅;;

"Juliette" is just another one of the dozens of songs that was wrote by Jonghyun. :D The Korean version of "Juliette" came out in 2009, so Taemin was a year older than in "Replay" -- he was almost 16 years old here.As you can see, Jonghyun was writing songs and making his mark almost from the beginning. However, SHINee didn't make their Japanese debut until 2011 so they are 2 years older in their Japanese MV. And this was part of the era where SHINee started the trend of the colored skinny jeans. SHINee are known for their "school boy fashion/student look" and everyone started wearing colored skinny jeans at this time because of SHINee. They were some of the very first Idols to change up the fashion trend from baggy hip-hop looks to instead form-fitting clothing that showed off their athletic bodies. They are even trendsetters when it comes to fashion. Never following trends, but always creating them in everything they do. :D It is safe to say that the trend of colored skinny jeans in the U.S. around that time was probably a transplant from the trend that SHINee started. A lot of foreign idols over the years have told SHINee that the fashion trends SHINee started in Korea were adopted by them in the U.S., Canada, China, etc. That's how influential they are.

YES❣ Jonghyun's song❣ SHINee really is one of the groups that set the bar high...in every aspect of vocals, dance and individuality of its members...all before EXO, NCT, Red Velvet..and yes BTS...and all these newbie groups. SHINee is so under appreciated for the music they put out and pioneered for years. MONQ, in the lyrics videos, every member is usually assigned with a color for their lines. If you pay attention to those colors, you will understand who sings what parts especially at the times when there are more than one member singing. In this case, Jonghyun was the one who hit the high notes. His lines were in gold.

They released a Behind The Scenes photoshoot and mv for their Juliette era back then and their accessories were actually extremely expensive next level items. Even the hair necklaces. Key had explained their concept and said the masks were custom designed for them...and unfortunately I can't remember the designer but I wanna say it was Jeremy Scott or Betsy Johnson. I think you can view their masks at the SHINee exibit at SMCoex along with lots of other stage costumes and things.

An underrated classic. Vocals, vocals, vocaaaaaaaaaaals! Kings, even as young as they were. Every SHINee comeback was/is, such a surprise, and I remember when this dropped, I was wowed. Nowadays, it doesn't seem that out there, but, for the time, it was. Considering this was after 'Am.I.Go.', which was a more 'bad boy/masculine' type of song, it was not the direction anyone thought they would go. I love how SHINee never want you to expect anything (other than pure quality) with their comebacks. They love to keep you guessing, and they achieved that with 'Juliette'. People always see 'Ring Ding Dong' or 'Lucifer' as their turning point, which yes, valid, but, 'Juliette' will always be such a memorable, and iconic moment to me. It was the first time I think, SHINee really went experimental. Amazing! 💗💎💖✌🏽

After Juliette: Ring Ding Dong, Lucifer, Hello, Sherlock, Dream Girl, Why So Serious, Everybody, Your Number (honorable Japanese mention due to the smooth dancing), View, Married to the Music, 1 of 1, Tell Me What To Do, Good Evening, I Want You, Our Page, Countless I didn't include the Japanese releases because they are a completely different sound and there are so many Korean releases lol. I don’t know if you’ll check a Music Show Live Stage aside from the Concert Perf. But if you want to watch the dance carefully it’s not always that you get that at a concert perf. Sometimes they go w/ the exact choreo, or not, sometimes they put more “drama” to it etc coz con.. so yeah.. you may opt to watch the Dance Version MVs if there is. But either way, all those are good, you can never go wrong w/ SHINee. 😊 whichever you want..

While rino choreographed the dance for this dance, tony testa who choreographed for Micheal Jackson choreographed the shinee songs sherlock, everybody, and married to the music, he also cheorgraphed for exo as well, he did ,wolf, overdose, and some others I can’t remember. I cannot wait until you get to all the solo work. It's so easy to see Taemin as the standout dancer in kpop (because he's the best dancer in kpop), and when you watch the solos what you'll notice is that all of SHINee are incredibly talented dancers, even Jinki, although he doesn't believe it himself. Rino Nakasone is some kind of genius when it comes to SHINee - they're her kids, as she's said multiple times. (she calls NCT her grandkids) Rino choreographed their debut, Replay, and you neeeeeeed to watch the dance practice!!! Our Moon Prince wrote this song, which I believe was the first artist written song SM accepted...? Someone correct me if I'm wrong - Milinda? And was that f(X)'s Krystal in the Korean version? Almost looks like Go Ara in the Japanese version...

So I just learned this about MONQ, choreo grabs him. He is gonna have issues when we get to some really complicated SHINee choreo or Seventeen, EXO and BTS lol. Expect those 45min to an hour reviews then cause Lucifer is killer lol.

If you noticed, Taemin had many more lines in the Japanese MV. That was because his voice had steadily improved. The dance was slightly different also - a little more sharp and intricate. Yes, Taemin is a sponge when it comes to absorbing dancing skills. However, even he said it takes work and practice. He has sometimes danced for 17 hours to get it up to his standards. There is only one video where I've seen Taemin angry/upset during an interview. It was when he was talking about how everyone always says how "lucky" he is because dancing comes so naturally to him and, therefore, easy. Basically this discounts all his hard work and the hours of practice he puts in. If you study their performances, you'll see that Taemin is the one who moves around the most & covers the greatest distances during dance sequences. However, when once asked why Taemin doesn't do more extravagant dancing with SHINee or stand out more, Taemin, being the humble man he is, said that his job is to seamlessly blend in with the groun; not stand out.

Taemin also said that his solo career isn't necessarily to separate him from SHINee, but through him to gain or bring fans back to SHINee. It's one of the many reasons I love this kid. P.S. I can't remember where I saw this but he also said that he practices so hard and for so long cause he wants his body, not his mind, to remember the dance.

Jonghyun and Onew were functioning non dancers 😂, If you focus too much on Johngyun you will see his head flopping around sometimes (we lovingly nicknamed him Dino) and Onew....is just hilarious. It's why the group's dance style of sharp movements is great for them. Obviously, Taemin is the best dancer, but Key is the one that can learn dances the fastest.

Please monk do the 3 links I sent you for the tribute to jonghyun. One link is the first concert without jonghyun 2 months after his passing. The four members struggle, cry and have a hard time performing this song. Jonghyuns voice was left in this one. The second song is diamond in the sky where jonghyun voice and image was played on a large screen. In this concert video Minho screamed out jonghyuns name. They really struggled again. The last link I sent you is the last mv the four boys did and it was a tribute that they wrote for jonghyun it is sad and has the best harmonys. Please jonghyuns birthday is coming up soon and I think all the fans would love to see this for him.
