Hi Norm and Mon, loving the Carnivore cheesecake. Not sure you know, I always keep long life cream in the cupboard and a couple in the fridge. Devondale and Australian Owned are the two brands. It's in the aisle that has long life milk. Looking forward to getting our own boat one day.😊

Hey Norm, watched your vid on Keto when you first started, so I gave it a crack, has been great so far but struggling with the lack of variety, especially difficult when I walk past the chocolate isle at the shop!😂. Definitely going to have a go at Mon’s cheese cake. Perfect solution to my dilemma. Cheers.
