Ok, so the thing you need to know about them is - Monsta X are known as intimidating, sexy, beast idols in the industry, but they are honestly so much more than that, they are the absolute kindest, sweetest, funniest, and most incredibly hard working men out there. They are well known for their diverse sound and style, whilst always maintaining that Monsta X flavour throughout... Although those less in the know seem to think that their sound is always loud and hype, because a lot of their Korean title tracks are selected for their high impact performance purposes, as that is one of Monsta X's many strengths. The X in their name is the mathematical X - an unknown variable, there to tell us from the get go that they will always experiment with sound and style and not limit themselves sonically or linguistically. They are extremely versatile artists when you dive in past the surface, as their music is incredibly eclectic in style, genre blending and language (Korean, Japanese and English, plus a little splash of Spanish an Mandarin here and there) They can do hard Hip Hop, smooth R&B, soft emotional ballads, cute pop, raging EDM, and EVERYTHING in between. Their English songs have a different vibe to their Korean and Japanese work, and that has allowed them to never remain predictable, stagnant, or complacent. They are a 9 year old (this May) group that continually improves and expands on their skillsets, and broaden their discography (keeping it fresh and exciting) This thirst for freshness and range has shaped them into the incredible all rounders in the industry that they are. Nothing holds them back when it comes to their music and artistry, and they are often known for pioneering a trend well before it eventually becomes popular, and they have influenced many 4th and 5th Gen idols for these reasons and more. At the end of the day THEY are the key factor to their music, they are the magical ingredient tying it all together so it will be great if you would open your hearts to them and really get to know them, they have SOOO much content and have never shied away from being their authentic selves. when i wanna write about my monstas i don't even know where to start... First of all you might noticed that there are 7 members in that video, but now they are 6 (Wonho has left and now he is a solo artist and his songs are also lit), also members already started their military enlistments so sometimes you will see less members in videos. About their songs... Dramarama is amazing but i think songs are speaks more about them are "Shoot out", "Love killa", "Gambler" and "Love". Last two were produced by blond rapper Joohoney. Him, I.M (other rapper) and Hyungwon produced a lot of MX songs especially in later albums. I think if you interested you should watch some basic guide ofc there are some new ones and than watch some of their performances. Monsta X has insane stage charisma.

Monsta X have a lot of quality variety content so that's probably the best way to get to know them. They are also kinda crazy and funny and you see it there. That said they also have a lot of behind the scenes videos that are so great too, both dance practices and also in studio recording sessions, the latter of which are really interesting as they produce quite a lot of their own music. First time here, hello! Monsta X are my best men, forever. There are some incredible groups out there, but these talented guys have my whole heart. Always thrilled to see people experiencing them for the first time! Welcome to the ride and thank you so much for reacting to them. :) For your next song...so many amazing possibilities to choose from, but I'd suggest 'Shoot Out' or 'Jealousy'. Most of the members are doing their military service at the moment, so this is a great time to go down the rabbit hole of the vast amount of content. ;) For other content, the dance practices are really great because the choreos are fire, and for variety content Monsta X Ray or their more recent show Monmukgo. They are absolutely wonderful characters, so hope you enjoy getting to know them.

I have a few random thoughts: It's interesting that you were joking about the name "Monbebe" because in the second rap, they actually chant Mon, Be, Be at the beginning of the last three lines. As for the car accident that looked very real, the blonde (Jooheon) mentioned that they really had a spinning car machine that he had to do that in and he did NOT like it, lol. For secondary content, I *highly* recommend their self-cam videos for various b-sides. I think they're very entertaining. It won't tell you much about their roles, but it does highlight their humour and personality. I'd really like to recommend Love and/or some of their more recent content, especially if you want some more complicated song structures. ~end random thoughts

So glad you’re experiencing Monsta X…they are in my top 3 Kpop groups…EXO, Shinee and Monsta X. Saw them in concert 2 yrs ago and they were fantastic! This is not the song I would have chosen to start with, since its to engrossed with their storyline..but all their songs are good. They have 3 full English albums as well! More Monsta X please!
