MONSTER FISH Lurk in this remote River bend - August 2022

Just a quick video of an evening session fishing with Dave on a deep River bend Pike fishing into the dark.
This is a very special spot where we have caught lots of 15lb plus Crocs in previous years including both our PBs.
I was about to reel in & take a blank but the fishing Gods rewarded me with a lovely big fish at 10pm.

Wow I'm so glad the footage came out that good in the dark. The fight looked good but the release looked awesome as it slowly wallowed in to the darkness. I remember you being down there loads over a decade ago, we had some legendary evenings on them banks. Both our pike pb's graced the net there and I'm sure you will get that magical 20 from there one day pal. 👌🐟🎣

Lol yeah of course all big Pike are female ain't they just remembered 😂, yeah we've had loads of the bigger Pike in the first hour of Darkness in this section 🤔, must be the Prime feeding time for them I guess... hope your fishing is going well pal 👍 🎣

Yeah I'll be back again in the Winter... lots of big Pike in this section had an 18 n a 19 few years back... hope to bagxa 20 one day hopefully 🙏, cheers for tuning in again bud 👍
