Just uploading my live completion of the new collab quests with Artemis and the movie, seeing as I don't really plan on covering these otherwise. You use the book (reward from second quest) to craft the layered set btw

Anyway we take out the black diablos and giant Rathalos and meet the Admiral. We also bitch about cutscenes and times exclusives and stuff lol. Then we look at the skills on the set and check it out in the armoury

Spreadsheet info:
I have a spreadsheet which collects all sorts of data on Monster Hunter World Iceborne that people ask about a lot - things like the materials needed to upgrade the best charms (e.g. handicraft, expert etc), a list of all the guiding land monster drops and gathering nodes (plus it's searchable), what materials you need for every possible augment (attack, affinity, defence, health, slot, element/status) in the game, etc:

It also includes things like a list of ALL the 4 slot decorations (including even the rare 12 ones which ONLY drop from sealed feystones) so you know the best deco's to aim for when farming. It even has detailed images for the guiding land gathering nodes (the one's that drop materials like the guiding dragonbones/crystals etc) which you need for custom weapon upgrades/augments!
My list of guiding land drops can be sorted either by drop type (so it finds the monster to fight for a particular part) or you can use it to just find the parts belonging to any monster (no more pulling your hair out over how to get those Enchanting Finehide/Trancehide for your health augments!). This goes up to and includes the tempered elders (speaking of which, check out my 5 slot tempered investigation farming macro if you haven't already!)
It also has a Safi'Jiiva relic checklist to easily monitor which awakened weapons you're missing from the new siege!

Did it this afternoon on my dinner break, pretty much what I expected, a throwaway event to advertise the film. Giant rath was kinda fun, tho some of his hitboxes were questionable, maybe lingering too long due to the sheer size. 5 out of 10.

Not gonna lie tho since the MH:Movie only MR:1. I think this is the best strategies because the quest only MR:1 which mean it’s available for anyone who’s new to IceBorne. And also “Artemis a+ armor also worth it has lvl 5 Agigator, stunt resistance 4, Earplug 4, Health Boost and Recovery both lvl 3, and also Tool Specialist. I mean it’s not decent bad. The slot are also okay. Maybe I give it 8.5/10 Maybe because it’s remind me of Guardian armor from LowRank and HighRank version. But in IceBorne we were able to use Artemis. Sorry for my English sentences. Hope you all understand me.

Dude you can beat these 2 quest a lot faster by mounting them. I cleared both on about sub 5 also with IG. These 2 monster on this quest are so easy to get mounted and fell. Specially the rathalos I did mount him 3 times.

Mainly cause Diablos is done after you take roughly 70% of her HP and for Rathalos after its roughly 27%
