You got my concept behind it exactly right 😄 A more layed back aproach, showing builds that are achivable for (hopefully) everybody, while still having a high dps output and feel "comfertable". Note: For all weapons you can carry over Silkbindmoves from previous weapons within the same weapontree. So there will be some you need to get from a previous version to carry them into the final weapon. Before making a weapon it's always good to take a look at the final weapons ramp up skills , and then backtrack to previous weapons in the tree if you dont like what the final one offers. Note 2: As this Video was made prior to update 3.0 it doesnt include the Rampage Hammer. You should defenitely considder it though, since it is a very good Hammer!

I know this vid is pretty old but, would a build like the bear one work with the Somnacanth hammer? Thanks in advance, great vid!

Questions are welcome at any time ! ^_^ It would work, but the skill setup would have to be a bit different for the Somna Hammer to do efficient damage (you'd have to include bludgeoner Lv 3). The best choise now would be using the Rampage Hammer and giving it sleep. That will also give you the opportunity to choose whatever weapon desing you want to use.

Great video! I’ve tried the Tigrex Hammer. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I think the Narga hammer is still better (both for standard builds and for builds based on Wirebug Wisperer). I think the Narga hammer is more consistent and in general easier/more convenient. What do you think?

Glad you liked it, Thanks for te Feedback! ^_^ That's actually a very interesting topic. I was thinking the exact same thing untill i messed around with a few different mixed sets.. For general use the Narga Hammer will defenitely be more consistent in DPS for most Hunters. BUT, if you have a Talisman that allows you to compensate for the negative affinity on the Tigrex Hammer a bit (even running Latent power +2, or +3 Agitator) the Tigrex Hammer actually ends up quite far ahead of Narga, wich i didnt see coming at all! I didnt include it in the Video since that setup requires you to have a Talisman with atleast 2 skills at Level 2 & 2x Lv2 Slots.

Very simple, i would have😄 But i made that Video before the Rampage Weapons were actually good 😄 They were pretty "bad" before update 3.0 . Defenitely use the Rampage Hammer for that insted now😊👍

Glad you enjoyed the Video ! The Abominable Hammer is a good choice aswell (And it gets even better in Sunbreak!). If you decide to use it in base Rise the best option would be running the Tiger Blood ALL OUT Build. But insted of going for ATK Boost Lv 5 leave it at Lv 4 and add a Handicraft Deco insted of an ATK Boost Deco to get a bit more out of the Blue Sharpness.

@@MrBiscu1ts I'd recommend just going for the Affinity increase. But it honestly doesnt make very much of a difference what you pick, since the Hammer doesnt get access to the higher tier ramp ups that would be suitable for it.

People are sleeping on sleep in this game (pun intended ;D)! I was in some multiplayer hunts the other day and some hunters must've been using certain weapons, because for several matches the monster went to sleep once or sometimes twice lol.
