What armor set was that green bowman using?

That's the Brigade Armor set (my favorite). It doesn't offer many good skills for the Bow but I love the look and the alpha version allows you to change the color (mines is green). You'll need to complete a bunch of arena quests in the Gathering Hub for it.

True statement. This shouldn't be exclusive. Only reason I don't play on PS4 is because most of the games I play are on XB1 and I'm not about to pay for two different subscriptions when I only have the PS4 primarily for the games that only come out on it. I love HZD and before D2 expansion came out I was actually finally starting my NG+ because its just a fun game to play with a bow.

That's on MS end, Sony wanted to promote a game that came out on it with MHW. MS can do the same, if they so choose.
