actually rise is a return to formula although world has a more realistic vibe every other game in the series is way more cartoonish

Started on world stayed on rise World classic mh exp slow and methodical combat flushed out ecosystem, gotta wait for a very long hefty tutorial joining and starting quests aren't intuitive Rise lot of qof improvements much faster gameplay loop and combat. multiplayer available at the start full coop you can start a quest at the same time. Transmog, and more monsters then world without mods Love both pick your poison

@@thecursingexplorer138 both world and rise are really good but the best game in the series imo is Generations Ultimate which is exclusive to the nintendo switch

I disagree entirely. The game is designed to be played on release and farmed until the expac. All the master rank monsters are tuned for people who had about 9 months of gem and gear farming under their belt. Capcom didn’t want iceborne to be “too easy” (because everyone is super geared) so they scaled the monsters to speed running BiS geared players. I unfortunately bought it with this sale and master tank is near unplayable. Everything, even monsters just shifting around, one shots you. Unless you have hundreds of monster parts or thousands of hours farming RNG gems you’re gonna have a really really bad time. Monster Hunter on release 10/10 Monster Hunter 6 years deep 0/10. They need to seriously look at their gear progression, pacing, and HP scaling (specifically the entire decoration system is just fucked, and the changes in wilds do less than nothing to make it better. Wait for wilds, play on release. After that it’s near impossible due to lack of brains at capcom

@@ToHonorKnowledge I haven’t hit iceborne yet. But I’m honestly having a lot of fun with it. I will probably do another video when I’m at that point.

@@thecursingexplorer138 I’m sure with enough practice (skill?) someone can clear MR in HR gear, but being frustrated for 30 mins only to be shown “YOU FAILED” feels bad man

@@ToHonorKnowledge I don’t disagree with that. But as someone who has spent 18 hours in one match of altercation valley in vanilla wow, that personally doesn’t bother me. What I do find annoying if when I’m on a capture quest, someone joins, and then kills the mob so I fail.

@@ToHonorKnowledge you are dumb :D I barely did any endgame farming and went into iceborne and was not getting one shot because I actually know how to play the game and because you said everything one shots you im assuming you didn’t upgrade your armor or switch to master rank gear because if you did that and knew how to play the game you wouldn’t have that problem so stop saying the game sucks when it is clearly your fault not the games
