I put a dual piston caliper on mine and boy does it get hot after a day wheeling. Much better thought the old cable brake.

I got unc Larry stretch tabs and big brake kit was $114 shipped and should get here in a few days for the motovox i got the 224 on it rode it to stop sign and back I don't have brakes and the 16 tooth clutch has some issues I contacted seller about

now when u say backfire can u explain this because today i started my ducar for thee very first time the carb is jetted from the stage one kit for gopowerports wen i had it started i gave it a lil gas and a big fart came out the carb filter and smoke

These carb are very finicky the stock jets work better then the GPS stage 1 if you want a simple solution swap for Tillotson 212e carb you will save a ton of head ache

Also these motor come with zero lash for break in after break in its a food idea to set lash I ran mine recommended 30 thousandth

This is the one I use go power sports has a kit as well this one is a direct bolt on with no modification you will have to remove the stock brake bracket it pulls right out and side note reuse the stock bracket bolt the one in kit works but has the elem wrench head instead of the 8mm bolt

Thanks for the reply! Just ordered my cute the other day I have a spare cart I’m going to pull the motor off of. I figured that is the best thing that could be upgraded! Especially after doing a stage two kit and eliminating the governor you really have to get on the brakes to stop

@@patrickcarney3110 I use to have to adjust the old brake after about 30 min of riding had these for a going on 2 months now still work great bike does around 30 stops on a dime my daughter rides bike pretty much everyday was a nice upgrade from the ct100u she had been riding were in the middle of finishing a stage 2 79cc predator build for ot now
