Toad is my favorite as well, my ranking would probably be Toad, Wolf, Lion, Eagle....although Wolf and Lion flip frequently for me

Wolfs almost never get wind abilities, so thats awesome. I feel like ice and lightning are the most common archeotype elements for wolves in games.

So many possibilities for creative team building with tons of monsters, each with a light and dark variant. Always releasing new content for free. Actually really fun to try and figure out puzzles and progress the story. This game is truly a GEM.

Going for the toad 🐸 . Always like a familiar that is smart and have a high wisdom lore wise. Hence why I always go for wizards in any games lol.

I chose toad because it’s fat and ugly, usually those type of characters are Tanky. Tank all the way.

Frog is the strongest pick for me, not in terms of damage, but in terms of flexibility and remaining useful because of that. luckily bird and lion I stopped at 10 and now im at 12 frog, didnt try the wolf yet however.

Haven't watched yet, but Wolf is the only starter who has a combination of skills not available from other sources. Wolf's improved sidekick/improved glory is the only really unique set up, although the latest patch may have changed that. Previously the Eagle was reasonably unique as the best source of Shock (imo), but the Glowdra was almost a perfect copy until they changed some things last patch.

Wait until you start heal spamming the later 6vs6 battles, then I want you to tell me if the game has nothing bad about it. But in all honesty the game is beyond good, so I sujest checking it out!

When you reach keeper master you unlock an area that allows you to challenge the other spectrals for their eggs. I warn you though they're quite difficult if you're not prepared

probably the eagle's flying, but it's also really easy to find a monster that does each of the abilities listed here pretty early, so i wouldn't base my choice on that if i were you :P

My friends and I all chose different starters. I picked the Lion, one picked the Toad, and another picked the Wolf. No one wanted the Eagle. :(

The toad breaks hidden walls and pushes objects; the wolf and lion break hidden walls and cut vines. Kinda the same but not the same. Tho two out of four have the same ability. Notably, the reason those 3 can all break walls is to give earlier access to extra loot; which the eagle also does with the ability to fly a bit.

So your telling me out of all the starters I had to choose from I chose the canon one that's pretty funny I mean I was also Considering Eagle butI didn't really care much for Lion since it was obviously the most well rou ded just by looking at it and the Toad clearly being the tank I wasn't really interested in a starter tank so I ended up with Wolf who I named Tempest.

Wolf is my least favourite, i have tried crit, magic, atack and always im able to find another monster better at it than him.

That’s odd. I chose the wolf, and so far I haven’t found anything that can put damage it, or come even remotely close. I run crit, with even on attack and magic. I often have it paired up with something that can give it glory, and so far the wolf has just steamrolled opponents for me.
