Last week I caught an 18" and a little over 3 lb. large mouth bass on the San Joaquin River/Delta here in Northern California. It sure did taste good too! I am 57 years young and I absolutely love fishing. I grew up fishing with my 3 older brothers. 😊🎣🤗

Loved this video! Love the fishing. My dad was a fisherman . But…. He waded the ponds and the banks of lakes and rivers! He was a bassman. He would fish for large mouth bass but loved catching the small mouth because he said they were harder to catch . Thank you Daniel for sharing the times with Houston with all of us. Love you guys. With the Humminbird and Garmin, you have the perfect set up to find vehicles underwater. So, just remember to keep an eye out especially around boat ramps. You might be able to find more than just fish some day.

I’ve found the best electronics to find bluegill beds it hummingbird mega 360 but since you have garmin live scope you can turn your transducer to perspective mod which is just like 360

YMy father, bless his heart, would have loved today's technology with fishing 🎣. He would have totally loved it. Him & my husband would have gone bonkers. They both reside amongst the stars for many years now. But I can envision both of them on a boat cackling with each fish they brought in. They would have given me multiple headaches to buy a boat and go on many trips to northern Arizona. 😆 lol. They were like father & son. Same interests. I miss them both so very much. I would buy hundreds of boats, rods, reels and anything else they would want just to have them back. But God needed them, so their with him. I love watching Daniel & Houston fishing & hunting. That was some good fishing today. I love watching fishing videos. I love just about any fish. I love fishing for catfish also. Make up some good hushpuppies and fry up some okra. If you're still hungry add some brown beans cooked with onions and ham or some fried potatoes with onions. Now that our arteries are bulging from abuse have some apple cobbler with a scoop of ice cream. Ahhh, it's nap time now. Thanks Daniel and Houston for a fun day on the lake.

I'm only 6 minutes into this & I'm convinced that Caleb's son isn't in the boat because he is scuba diving in the predesignated spot between the 2 of them, and he's placing the fish onto Caleb's hook.....just to make you think he's got the magic touch! One thing that I really love about your channel is you're not out fishing for only those trophy sized bass. You keep it real and whether it be catching bluegills in your creek or pond or going somewhere like in this video, anyone that is a true sportsman can find some enjoyment in the video. You've actually inspired me to start keeping sunfish and bluegills and they really do taste very similar. The lake I fish NO ONE keeps the sunfish or bluegills and there are no shortage of some nice big n fat bluegills n sunfish. ✌🏻

My 7 year old grandson and I have been binge watching your show on KZbin TV for the last two weeks, and I have to say it has been a really REALLY enjoyable experience for the both of us. My grandson killed his first deer at 5 1/2 years old with me on my own small piece of property in central NC, he took his first turkey this past April, and would rather fish than eat when he's hungry. my brother and his wife and i were fishing and our bobers were only 3 ft total apart and my brother out fished both of us 2 to 1 it was Lake Minnewaska by Glenwood MN the week before a guy catch a 3 lb plus black crappy

Daniel and Houston, if you can't catch them with a minnow put on a crappie jig a orange or chartreuse green jig and put a minnow on the hook with a jig. I used to catch them like crazy that way. I hope it is allowed in Texas it is in Alabama and Tennessee. This will also work with a brim jig and a cricket.

I love 🎣 Any fish! Before the flood took EastLake Out, it was absolutely beautiful. There was Garbage fish at night around lights. My sister and brother in law got one and tied it to the side of a Jon Boat and when they went back the next weekend nothing was left but the bones! I never swam in the Lake again after that! My favorite fish is any fish 😊😋😋😋🇺🇸

I know it’s been said before, but I love watching y’all fish, especially for crappie and blue gill. I usually use a cane pole though, one I’ve had since childhood made out of bamboo by my granddaddy about 28 years ago now. It’s the same pole I caught a blue gill a hair over two pounds, then another just under two pounds right after. I was fishing in my parents’ neighbor’s pond around ten years ago. Mounted those two on a piece of driftwood. Good times.
