Why in gods name do I keep watching this over and over. I cry more and more each time I do. Iam I understand and know that pain, losing my mom in my 20s and almost 20 years later knowing going thru health issues kidney transplant, dialysis with my dad. The pain is so real and trust me when I say your dad is with you every step you take and is beaming with joy for you. Rodney along with it seems like the entire world is soooo proud of you, I can’t thank you enough for sharing your story and your dad with us. I can’t forget about James blunt putting his hand on your arm and the embrace at the end. I wish I could hug you myself and tell you how with time the pain eases doesn’t go away but eases. You cry it out Iam! I can tell you that no matter how many times you cry, you'll never stop crying. It's okay to cry. It's not a sign of weakness. It just your heart telling the world how much you love him and how much he loved you. My dad passed away 24 years ago and my mother, 13 years ago and I still cry my eyes out. Just remember that through you, he lives on. You've shown him to the world young man. The pain will never go away. We just learn to close the dams gates until the floods come. When they do, no dam is holding back the floods. This is the circle of life. Stay strong young man and know that it's okay to love him as much as you do!
