I don't want to backseat game too much, but i dont think the maneaters are worth it in Franz's army. Franz gives such massive buffs to empire troops it might be best going with a couple more gunners and maybe a steam tank? But the maneaters are also really fun so i don't think its a bad idea getting them lol
