I used monstrum for my range toys. After my last experience I wont any longer. Their gen 3, 3x magnifier is still shipping with a 20mm objective, not the 25mm like shown on the website. CS ghosted me for asking questions about why that is.

@justinmurray4652 on the Gen 3, 3X, I recieved the objective lens is only 20mm. Customer service ghosted me when I brought it up. I wanted to see if it was a mistake, but I'm guessing it wasn't and the website is misleading customers.

I have a 3X blackbird on a 7.62X39 AR. It's an amazingly clear and sharp little scope that has worked perfectly over several hundred rounds. I paid $59 last time they were on sale and thought I got a great deal. $49 is crazy cheap!

I’ve got the Ghost matched up with a Sig Romeo MSR red dot that work great together and also have a Monstrum scope for my 10/22. Great products for a reasonable price!! Thanks for the videos and congrats on going full time!!

I’d assume the blackbirds are ACTUAL 30mm for objective lens. Unfortunately their newer Cyborg models (both 3x30 and 3x24) are ONLY 20mm😮😮😮 and both have terrible eye boxes, especially comparing to their old Raven 3x32! I have both Cyborgs on hand, measured. And I am returning them😢.

idk why but monstrums 3x mag will cast another dot when i use the red dot on anything other than like 3 power. the reflection is very annoying i dont know how to fix other than a new magnifier

There stuff so called scopes are junk! I fitted My air rifle with one of there 50.00 scopes on sale and the front ring unglued… this was the second replacement scope. The initial one had the inner sight turn and was defective. No thank You!

I am still waiting to get clarification on a question I’ve asked CS a few times. The G3 8-32x56 . Or for that matter has what form of recoil rating. Are any of these scopes rated to withstand precision 300 win mag. I’d love to do business but don’t want to spend on something that won’t work.

Sorry about the delay in response. Our G3 line of scopes are tested at recoil forces higher than 300 win mag. They will hold up. There are videos on this channel of it being fired on a 50 cal. If you have any issues with it, it is covered by our lifetime replacement warranty.

I recommend a prism scope over a red dot for astigmatism. They have sharper etched reticles that appear crisp even with astigmatism. We offer prism scopes in 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, and 5x. An LPVO would also work for you.

We don't recommend using this magnifier with a prism scope. It is awkward due to the eye relief. We do offer a 2x forward magnifier that is specifically built to pair with prism scopes.
