Dude Monta was my favorite player, he still is. What a best he was especially in 2008-9 when he was in the middle of his prime but this was his best game, although that one against kobe and the lakers wasnt bad either

He'd be a great fit in Indiana, instant title threat with a healthy PG

xPsyrate they aren't a title threat as long as Lebron stays in Cleveland and Kyrie can stay healthy. plus K-Love is staying most likely

Love just opt out of contract and I know this might just be him resigning with cavs and get a bigger contract or something but I think he will ultimately leave cavs
@chefcurry3044
@chefcurry3044 9 жыл бұрын
Nick Zhang nah, he's gonna stay. he said he wants to win. he played 6-7 years with minnesota literally playing nothing but regular season games. why would he want to to go the garbage joke lakers to go back to losing. he will just ask for more money from the cavs
@nickzhang5130

1. Lakers hav Russell Randle and Clarkson many young talents and can sign Love or Aldridge this season and then next season they will also hav $25m to spend which is certainly attractive for many superstars. O yeh and our history - best franchise in the history, known for winning championships. 2. I never said he's gonna join Lakers, many other teams (some playoff teams already and with him might just b enough to compete) are interested in him and the advantage they hav over cavs is that love will be the primary offensive weapon in their teams whereas in cavs love will b the third option and likely used as a spot up shooter. Klove wants to prove that he is a superstar again and his relationship with lebron certainly doesn't help cavs. So yeh Love will probably leave Cavs

It's kind of surprising that he's never scored 50 for him being as lethal as he is.

Monta was an expert at slashing and mid range. He was a good 3pt shooter but he was at his best when he was Iso'd up and driving in the paint. If he shot more 3's no doubt he could've hit 50, but yeah you're right, it is surprising.

dude averaged like 27 PPG and wasn't even an all-star. Kobe missed half a season and was voted in as an all star. Not comparing the two players but seriously tho wtf.

I remember staying up late trying to watch these games, one of the only warriors fans in my era so I would be the only one tweeting about the game lol man times have changed I kind of miss those days but I for sure don’t miss staying up late to end up watching a lose to a team we could beat.

Monte and Derrick Rose have a ton of similarities.. I’m seeing how curry game is different when a superstar like monte is on the floor.. I guess the warriors organization felt it kept curry from fully developing if monte was running the point.. I guess it worked out for Curry, but damn monte is a true baller, shooter, scoring, ball handling , athleticism and floor vision

Clearly none of you have watched him this season... some games he could get 20... some he could get 30... the next he could get 10. Just look back over Dallas games... all analyists are always pointing out that he's inconsistent. What holes have you been living... bruh

Most definitely a defining game for Monta Ellis. Not because he dropped 47 but because he dropped 47 and they still lost. He was determined to win the game himself rather beat that young non-defensive thunder team with team ball. He had Curry and David Lee (in his prime) on that team and they still loss. Granted curry was not the player he is today but he’s always been a really great shooter. This is not what/who you’d want to model your game after. I respect the hell out of his scoring ability and mindset but you see that you can never win a championship like that. Prime example: Russell Westbrook
