Thanks! Pretty much exactly how we approached it. Spent the summer months looking at endless maps and doing some location research and pointed the truck in that direction. What a great trip, this year will be a little easier in preparation. Hope you have a great upcoming season!

interesting video I wonder because of videos like this and others is that the reason for the crowds in area 6 and 7 I saw the crowds this year (2023) locals I know said they have never seen so many hunters lady I know that lives in one of the mentioned areas said and I quote " can the birds stand this kind of pressure " she and others are concerned.

There are crowds in the NE area in some places, you can tell by full hotels. However where we were we never saw another hunter while we were there. I'm surprised many locals didn't know what a sharptail was. We're confused we would hunt them. Pheasant season brings out 10x more hunters.
