How come u do not have a protective cover for that camera like a plastic or glass cover for the outside weather

The camera is IP67 rated so the entire camera is weatherproof (As are most of our cameras). No need for any type of covering or extra protection. This particular camera that was featured in the video is in Montana and deals with a variety of harsh weather all year round.

I guess I don't understand why auto-tracking adds so much to the cost. A few years ago I bought a 5MP, 20X zoom, auto-tracking camera with two way audio for less than $200. The camera has a Sony sensor and the image quality is excellent. It is also Hikvision compatible and I run it on my 32 channel Hik NVR without a problem. I'm not comparing it to this camera, but just pointing out that auto-tracking can't be that much more if I can get on an excellent camera for less than $200.

We have a new 2K Auto-tracking camera that has become availble since this video was released that is more affordable, if you're interested, you can check out the link below for more info. The price increase is not just Auto-tracking but a combination of added intelligent features and most importantly that it's full 4K resolution @ 30 FPS which requires bigger sensors and more advanced processors onboard to perform these tasks at higher frame rates/resolution. Weirdly they talk about their non-auto tracking model which should be much cheaper and on their website can't find it, only their auto-tracking are there.

Unfortunately, this video is about a year old and since then we have sold out of our stock of this camera, so it is not currently showing on the website due to availability. We will be re-stocking this item within the next couple months with upgraded Smart Motion Detection, so keep an eye out for it around the end of March 2024.
