the radial line is bisecting the capitulum if you have a specific angle between the arm and forearm when you do the xray? The wrong angle can affect the diagnosis?

It should be in line with capitellum with any angle. In the AP, it is normal to be pointing to the lateral part of the capitellum (but still in line with it)

as a rule in my hospital all these traumas ( especially if children are involved) must be seen for the orthotrauma surgeon..most of them are taken to the operating theatre
