Montgomery is a good place and a bad place to live. This is my city and I Know it have it flows but I feel you can look beyond these neighbor hoods and make sense of it not just here in every other city's around the world and make something positive out of this by making something out of yourself. #fact

@@dman644 that's true, I used to pretty often. however you certainly don't want to go into housing projects, I've learned that the hard way. but even then I went so many times with no issue but finally shit happened.

Looks like the majority if not all this video was shot in West Montgomery. West Montgomery is a real shit whole but there's other parts of the city that's really gutta too. He should do a part two for Montgomery. You need to go to Chisolm, King Hill(Dixie court) and Sheridan Heights. On the west he missed Gibbs Village, Smiley Court and Mobile Hwy. Then on the Southside all he had to do was hit up Ridgecrest and gone on up those hoods off Troy Highway. What's in this video is Hood, but it does get worse than this in the areas I just named.

I can tell you from personal experience this place is an absolute hell to live in. Luckily we moved out a long time ago to the outer suburb of Wetumpka, but you can't go into the city without encountering things seen in the video every day. Crime is rampant, businesses are moving out like the plague just swooped in, and people are just downright unfriendly and rude. Don't believe the comments saying he is only showing "the bad sides", the whole place is the bad side. Keep away from Montgomery, it is becoming the next Detroit.

On the flipside there are some very nice areas of Alabama. My sister lives in a gated community with million dollar homes. I live in a tiny community where each is required to be at least 3 acres or more. It's also gated. So don't judge all of Alabama by one clip of Montgomery.
