Mister Duhaime is an intellegent person but in his overview and explication, he underestimate Plamondon and the PQ. And his wish to keep negociate with the féderal along with other provinces has been tried many time by the past with no good and concret result. I told you guys about Ukrainian struggles in Quebec. They have 2 years to learn french. They are paranoid they will be kicked out of the province if they don't learn french after 2 years, so for that reason they also need to learn english.
