this is the most useful type of review, with lee changing things while rob plays, most reviews online are done by one person... this also makes it a lot more fun to watch, good job

Those sounded pretty awesome but I think the red Cruncher sounded best of them all. Very natural distortion. The black Blade was also good on most settings. The phase and choruses were very nice as well. Those will make a pretty beast looking mini pedalboard.
@DaManJoeWho12 жыл бұрын
WOW these pedals are awesome!! The black secret, trellycoppter, 90 orange, ana eco, ensemble king, pitch box, the cruncher, and the blade really blew me away. You can see it all over Chappers face how much fun he had with those tiny little boxs of win.

These pedals look really good for all round use, bedroom practice, being as they dont take up lots of room and out on the road as they wouldnt take much effort to move about with other bits of equipment. Looking good.

Hey guys, great demos. According to what I'm reading on Mooer's own demos of these pedals, they are true bypass, which for us tone freaks is a significant distinction! Not sure if you can confirm one way or the other from Mooer or via testing, but just thought I'd point that out.

Awesome vid, awesome pedals. You two never disappoint. :D If I could make a suggestion for videos like this - pop the name of the pedal in the corner while it's in use. It makes it much easier to keep track and would let people jump back and forth more easily (which would be super helpful in a 26:34 clip). Those high-low pitch shift sweeps were incredible.

Ana Echo = Boss DM-2, Black Secret = ProCo Rat/Turbo Rat, Blade = EHX Metal Muff, Blues Crab = Marshall Bluesbreaker (pedal), Cruncher = MI Audio Crunch Box, Ensmeble King = Boss CE-5, Green Mile = Tube Screamer, Nintey Orange = MXR Phase 90, Pitch Box = Digitech Whammy, ShimVerb = Strymon Bluesky w/El Capistan's finish, Trelicopter = Demeter Tremulator and Ultra Drive = Boss DS-1/DS-2. Kinda confusing, but it's the best I could do...

Nice Review!! I have a three Mooer pedals: shimverb, cruncher and flanger. I´m very happy with them. They are true bypass, solid, cheap and the most important...they sound really good. I also love the compct size because of my tiny pedalboard. Great pedals!!

I bought the Green Mile and the Blue Faze today, now, the Green Mile ain't a Tube Screamer, I have an '81 TS-808, and the Green Mile is like somebody pumped my 808 full of steroids and shoved a rocket up it's arse after feeding it nothing but caffeine for a month, it's monstrous! As for the Blue Faze, it caused my Excelsior to cook, it drove the thing that hard, at a quarter of the volume! I HIGHLY recommend these pedals!

I think the only brand that has made a really nice sounding/good quality/low priced high gain distortion pedal is Joyo with the US Dream. But these Mooer pedals do nice delay and modulation fx's! Great video! And sell them Chappers and Lee shirts!

I was disappoint. I was hoping for a teeny tiny fuzz pedal. But the Ultra Drive is awesome. Does the chorus do that almost-leslie-thing that some choruses do? I'm looking to rid myself of the big honking chorus on my board, but only if it can do that thingy. You know... The thingy...
@webseiter12 жыл бұрын
Great coincidence as I got to know about these just yesterday and thought: Man, I HAVE TO HAVE the Mooer Hustle Drive! I really like what you did with having the ambient mics in this video, I always thought it fairly silly demoing things with just a close mic, I don't know anybody who plays their guitar with their face right next to the speaker cone the whole time. Whereas the ambient mics give a better representation of what you'd hear in your ears when playing normally. Not saying having the close mic is bad, but I'm sure y'all know what I mean.

@Nyholt10 жыл бұрын
CallumGarland Blake Mullens I have the Cruncher and the Mad Professor Mighty Red Distortion (which I again bought over the mxr badass). I have to admit I prefer the Mooer of those three. It gives me a more JCM800 sound, while the Mad Prof. has a lot more noise to it if you ask me. I play a Les Paul studio on a vox ac30 cc2.
