this was extremly informative and accurate, i have a yod with my apex / focal planet moon in scorpio in the 8th house at 0 degrees, i am extremly sensitive and i feel what everyone around me is feeling, everyone tells me how funny i am. at the same time im feeling so much. saturn and mars are sextile and the base of my yod.

Wow girly 🥹 Your words hit home. I commented on one of your videos a few days ago (I think it was the one where you were explaining what a YOD is) letting you know I have YOD that’s formed in my chart. My Apex is on my cancer rising, with Pluto and Uranus being the two sextiles. I’m a Pisces Sun and Cancer Rising, with Scorpio moon, so I have a lot of water elements and lots of intuitive senses. I feel pain all the time, emotions and feelings of others, and had a very nasty childhood. This yod on my cancer rising is bringing up lots of difficulties for me to overcome and I’m just not so sure if I’m strong enough to handle. Thank you for your teachings ❤

I do find trying to figure out my yod keeps me peeling back layers of myself. It doesn't help that I'm ♊️ moon in the 10th, ♑️ Neptune (in a stellium wit saturn and Uranus, all retrograde) intercepted in the 5th, and ♏️ pluto (also inconjunt my ♌️ sun & mercury in the 12th, opposite ♊️ jupiter (29th degree) but also trine chiron in ♋️ which is intercepted in the 11th). It's alot but keeps me occupied and engaged lol

I have a yod pointing towards my midheaven in Aries in 26°, with my base in saturn in Scorpio in 26° and venus in Virgo in 28°... Ive always felt like my work should be important and ive struggled the most in landing something that calls to me, the things that do call to me doesnt pay the bills right away so it's hard to work a regular job while being tormented by not doing the thing I love the most, if you can help describe this type of yod i have in a video id gladly appreciate it, gonna sub for future videos.

Would the moon phase in your natal chart also affect the moon yod?

So with the moon at the apex, it puts a heightened emphasis on the moon. The moon phase you are born under will add nuance to your chart and interpretations, but it’s not going to change the meaning of the yod. It’ll definitely give you more information tho! Hope this helps!

That was helpful. I read somewhere that Pluto and Neptune have been in almost continuous sextile since the early-mid 1940's. And that those two planets often form the base of the yod. With that energy base pointing to the moon. Holy cow! What could be uncovered!
