Your recipes make me soooo happy. The dishes you make are my favorites. Plus you take time to explain things about Vietnamese culture and traditions . Thank you for sharing this with us..many of the 2nd generation kids we were harshly talked to in the kitchen with our moms. So we learned slowly how to cook Vietnamese food through moms like you on u-tube. I’m so excited to try your recipes out.
