If you turn on subtitles there'll be an english translation. It's interesting to know why she uses certain ingredients, because sometimes it's a substitution or because she's making a specific version of a dish that can be flipped into another style

因为买不到松子和糖桔子皮,用开心果替代了松子,樱桃干替代了糖桔子皮。效果也不错~ 谢谢小高姐的视频和讲解。不敢相信自己学会了做月饼。 Substituted pine nuts with pistachio, and candied citrus fruits with dried cherries. My batch of moon cakes turned out to be good!
