Here, Jessica is brilliant. Moon-pluto: the organic, the orgasmic, the secretive, the hidden, the delving, the Passionate....without end. The further and deeper - the better. THAT is real life for Moon-Pluto archetypes, though they cannot be there all the time. They would probably consume themselves if they were given permission(?) Jessica did not do this in the typical text-book-manner. This must have been Moon-Pluto talking, and almost dancing its insight to the viewers. I read all the 127 comments, and their replies. What an interesting bunch of INDIVIDUALS. Moon-Pluto individuals can often feels alone and not easily understood by main-stream (of course), but reading all these comments showed me the versatility and variety of this complex-archetype. We aught to get together more often(?) I also agree with Jessica, that it is easier to have a healthy-raltionship with this part of our nature, if we find some sort of personal in-depth system. In addition to Reiki and Astrology, I have worked with Nordic-Shamanism for 20 years (no plants or mushrooms - thank you) and this is a brilliant way to access the depths of the Soul, and to feel what it´s all about - on one´s own very personal and intimate terms. Pure acceptance of the innate-self. My 11th-House Scorpio Moon affects all my relationships: tight-trine Mars conj. Saturn in 7th-House Cancer. Thank you Jessica, and all commentators for sharing. This was a timely-insight, during these times of Global re-orientation and re-configuration (Pluto).

I’ve found recently that my heart space (my moon chakra) is very nourished by feeling the intensity of others. I’ve recently gotten back into psychic reading and I’ve realised that whenever I uncover some sort of trauma or deep sense of power when I’m reading someone or tap into their energy it’s almost like a “feeding” feeling that I get. It’s never my intent to create trauma or drama but it is my intent to take it to help refine it. I get the kick out of feeling it and it’s power. It also feels like I go thru that experience that the energy that I’m sensing from another comes from. Like I also downloaded into myself. Without actually doing it myself. Almost as if I take on everyone’s experiences without having to live them myself. And like I actually gain the street wise wisdom from that experience of someone else each time I tap into those energies of someone else. It’s kind of dark and vampiric but it can also be used for good in a way as well. I feel like it helps others to have their own darkness purged at the same time. While it also feeds me and my own curiosity for feeling such things at such an intensity.

Since two years I make ayahuasca travels as well and particularly this moon/pluto archetype in myself is really revealing itself during this travels. And more often during daily activities as well. Wow. I am so grateful I came across your video right now. I’ve been struggling with my almost 6 year old a lot lately, power struggles, intense arguments, I get so damn angry and I don’t want to be mad like my mom was always mad. My daughter’s name is Moon. I checked our charts out- I am a Taurus Sun and she has her Moon directly across from my Sun. Her Moon also sits right on top of my natal Pluto. (Yes I am a sun opposition Pluto individual.) My daughter also has a Moon-Pluto sextile. Moon conjunct pluto in Sagittarius exact in 5H, it’s true I was shamed for being anything sexual to the point where others hid their sexual side from me (even simply being romantic!). I have considered recently that the rejection I received from my mother was because I expected too much from someone who will never be able to meet my needs and this video only clarified that. My mother was just never equipped to handle a child with such strong energy but she wouldn’t have known what she would receive ahead of time. I have experienced triangulation in groups more times than someone should.

Moon 4th square Pluto in the 1st. As a child anytime I would express my emotions esp when angry or upset about something. My scorpio father would overreact and get very angry towards me to make me feel scared. Don't think he has ever liked me because I would be the only one in family to challenge him as I got older. Things still not right til this day.

Well, that is certainly illuminating.... My mother has a Moon-Pluto conjunction, and my lunar South node is conjunct Pluto, our relationship just screams "Mother Wound".... There is indeed a profound pattern of "experienced maternal rejection" in our family. My grandmother had a miscarriage before she got pregnant with my mother. The doctors told her she would never be able to fully carry out a pregnancy again. A while later, she got pregnant with my mother, and she was given prescribed medication to "try avoid a miscarriage". You can imagine my grandmother's experience of that pregnancy, she probably didn't "attach" during her pregnancy at all.... Forward 24 years, my mother got pregnant with me. She was a certified kindergarten teacher (which suggests that she had wanted to prepare for motherhood), she had known her children's names since she was a teenager.....she had been looking forward to motherhood, and then I came.... I was born 6 weeks premature, and my mother and I were separated right after birth, and I wasn't touched or witnessed or held by her for several weeks. I was told I have been an "extremely demanding cry baby" for about 7 months after I got home and reunited with my mother. During those 7 months, she ran with me from doctor to doctor, hoping to find what was "wrong" with me, not realizing I was just in need of her affection. She never managed to calm my nervous system, and I feel like she herself has also been traumatized by that experience. She was prepared for "Motherhood" as a dream coming true, but it turned out to be a nightmare for her. I think I made her feel like a failure, because she went working in a factory after my birth and never even tried to be a kindergarten teacher again. :-( And even now, during the past few years, as I was becoming aware of my early wounds, she just would NOT be willing to ever access her pain, she just WON'T, end of story. :-(

Thank you, I have Moon trine Pluto (exact aspect) and my childhood was filled with trauma and power struggles. When I was about 3, I remember the narcissistic mother molested me, beat me badly while calling me the devil, spiritually and psychologically abused me using God against me and claiming she ask God to punish me (as if she had special relationship or powers) she wanted us to worship her basically, also financially(I stiil feel that trauma she inflicted in my body especially when trying to tap into my sexuality). She would of course shame me for my sexual nature causing me to repress it, she would also put me down while simultaneously competing with me and would use triangulation amongst my siblings, scapegoating & isolating me. Hi Gregorio, nice to meet you here. Without knowing anything about you or the rest of your chart I would say this from what you shared. MO-PL in the first in Scorpio is a very powerful placement as you know. This power is unescapable. The Moon is about belonging, nurturance, and connection and for you this will always include Power of all kind - sexual, resources, creative libido, drive and ambition. This aspect is about being at home in your own power as a way to transform your family, lineage, body, emotions, and therefore transmit that out to others that you come into contact with. Being mindful of your power and the effect it has on others will always be a part of your life and process and others will respond favorably and sometimes with repulsion or even disgust (often unconsciously). There is a balance to find here - embodying sensitivity and mindfulness and letting others be responsible for their reactions to you without taking it on. You cannot help but feel and experience everything deeply. Those around you will have to do the same in your presence. Intimacy is earned. Using your power well can serve others immensely but they must earn the right to share that depth with you. As long as you take responsibility for your self, your emotions, and primal needs you will naturally help others do the same without having to carry the burden of their unconscious desires and needs and/or burdens felt as your own. Having adequate and safe channels of deep and powerful physical release is essential for the catharsis of your feelings and body as not to somaticize the unconscious feelings and interpersonal dynamics of those around you (think of animals shaking, full body orgasms, dancing hard, purging through meditative practices). Lastly, as a man in this world you have naturally inherited aspects of the harm and pain patriarchy has caused women in the use of sexual power and resources for survival. These themes may come up in your dynamics with women and to wield your power in service of transforming the feminine (Moon) and how power of all kind is shared with women is part of your transpersonal inheritance and task here. Being in the pain with women and your own feminine qualities in order to heal is a very powerful and alchemical way for you to use this aspect. Hope this helps in some way. Thank you.

I'm interested in this, too. I have Moon in the 4 house conjunct Pluto. Everyone else in my household including MY DOG has Pluto in the 4th house. My youngest daughter does not, she has Pluto in the 8th and Moon in Scorpio!

Hi, thank you for your question. Yes, they do have similar traits. Some things to consider, a Scorpio Moon is both water and fixed (that is not necessarily the case with just MO-PL). Also, MO-PL will be a life more deeply and fully defined by the qualities described in this video. A Moon in Scorpio may be aspecting other planets, which are not going to be experienced as Plutonic as MO-PL.

I feelthink that I understand this question. A 4-yr-old is instinctual, and is discovering itself - also, as are all Pluto-Moon relationships doing this exploration at all levels of intensity and passion - if permitted. Is guidance the right word? Perhaps respect for the child´s innate-nature is a healthier approach. I recently heard of a 4-5 year-old boy who drew his private-part while in a school class. He was caught red-handed by the teacher, and a written corrective-message was sent with the boy to his parents. How wicked can anyone be? Fortunately, his Father thought that the teacher was behaving stupidly. Well done Daddy.

Are you at times confusing the Moon and Pluto. The former is Individual survival, the latter collective survival. Food and so on is more an individual issue, other than when in a situation where food is not so easily sourced. A famine for example, or circumstantial poverty.

​@trustpsyche Team Member . I'm in the psychodynamic /archetypal - neo platonic field , folks like Greene, Tarnas are amongst those who ideas I employ. Here Pluto is an outer or collective planet, it talks about events of ones time to which one relates to or is contacted by, dependent on its role or dynamics in the chart. Which some find confusing as it rules the 8th sign, in the so called interpersonal quadrant, In this schema the Moon does not describe all emotions, simply lunar ones. If you google a list of emotions, look at 50 or so, it might become clear to you why Psychological Astrologers see other planets as talking about some of these, not the Moon. e.g Venus-Happiness, Mars-Hostility, Saturn-Depression, Sun -Shame and so on. Further, in this model. what you might regard as ones attachment style is also described by a range of planets or relationships between . But this might depend on what you mean by attachment. Early bonding with the primary carer, who feeds you, usually the biological mother, is a lunar form of attachment. Sex is a good example of why the Moon not Pluto talks about physical survival or ones relationship to food, water and shelter. A celibate life will not directly impact your survival chances. Although if you are especially wired to enjoy or seek sex it will be frustrating and depressing. Yes, no doubt a longer discussion might be interesting, as you might find my thoughts odd, confusing, even erroneous. Who did you learn/study with. As you may know there are numerous approaches, ideas, systems....... often with little common ground. Lastly as to Moon/Pluto contacts in my experience often the person has a mother who they feel 'wants them dead;' or wishes they had not been born, or rather this is the perception. So as an infant if your mother is perceived like this or 'attached' to as such, the world will likely appear a dangerous, unwelcoming, hazardous...place. Which might be similar to your own notions about this aspect.

When I say “Moon-Pluto” or any other planetary combination, I am referring to the two planets being in a major aspect to one another - conjunction, opposition, square, trine, or sextile. That being said, yes, we all have all the planets inside of us in relationship. Each planetary combination is an archetypal realm or universe in which humans get to participate.
