He wasn't a saint on the set of Moonlighting. He got a huge ego after Die Hard was a success. They were both under tremendous does stress and both of them acted out because of that. Plus Curtis Armstrong and others on the set and writers of the show have all said that it was a boys club atmosphere on Moonlighting. Do your research before you condemn one of the stars and make a saint out of the other.

By the end they couldn't stand to be in the same scene with each other and there were tricks used so they didn't have to see each other. Their big romantic scene isn't real. Bruce had an injury and couldn't roll around on the floor due to his shoulder. It was shot against a wall. They constantly used body doubles. I don't think they like each other at all.
@Loveyalise853 ай бұрын
They did like each other. True towards the end they were arguing alot but they had been filming 18 hour days for 4 years, trapped together. They had alot of stress on the set too because of Glenn Gordon Caron not getting scripts finished in time, sometimes 15 minutes before the filming began. But both have came together since.They said they just needed a break.Cybill was invited to his roast and there are some great pictures of them together after the roast. They had contact woth each other at times after the show.

Stuff like this makes me nostalgic and almost weepy. I don’t know if I’m mourning my lost youth, or just a loss of a great tv experience. Yes, that dumb cliche is applicable...lightening in a bottle. And as a few bars of the end credit music plays, my eyes water up. Great tv. It’s in that high status of great tv along with The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Golden Girls, Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Simpson’s, and Rick and Morty.

This is probably why Cybill played Sean's mother on Psych. Sean on Psych reminded me of Bruce Willis' character. People love Psych so much because it had an 80s' vibe. The 80s were so fun including the 70s. Most people had a family like atmosphere and were naturally friends. Regardless of race, It was just a different time. Unfortunately, we lost that vibes when the 90s came in. People calling it growing up but I don't think we grew up as adults well because we lost those positive vibes and connections we had in the 80s and 70s. We lost something.

Here I am checking it out now on the tube. Looks like it was a great show, but from my point of view the 80s was in some ways living life fast and in the moment mainly because of a huge block of uncertainty on the planet , May be it's always been the same but the push and drive that was associated with those times to me seems to be reflected well on screen from what I've watched. Moonlighting is one of those TV Shows that NEED to be made into a movie. This NEEDS to happen. Both Bruce and Cybil have said, and said recently at that, that they would do a Moonlighting Movie and want to do a Moonlighting Movie. I have also read that Glen Gordon Caron wants to do a Moonlighting Movie too. And for a Moonlighting Movie to happen, then those three elements HAVE to be part of it, No more, no less. So given all three want to make this movie, come on, let's make this happen!!

Yes, I have the longer version, but this is cut up on purpose to ONLY include the interviews with Glenn, Cybill and Bruce.

I was Crazy about this show...until- wasn't. For two and a half years I was riveted. It was and still is the Best of the Best. Cybil Shepard and Bruce Willis were outsanding and their chemisty,amazing. But then every episode became an insider joke I didn't get. You just can't break the rules when there aren't any. The characters were out of character more than in and the producer seemed more interested in breaking new ground than staying true to the characters and audience, Mulberry street was a good example. NO one enjoyed seeing Matty embarassed herself like that. It was a build up and a let down for all of us.

It's such a shame that they didn't saver the moment they lived in while working on moonlighting. Bickering and fighting and making themselves unhappy while it was the most important part of their lifetime. Such shameful behaviour.

Moonlighting and Remington steel were good. But not as good as Hart to hart, because it least with Robert wagner and Stephanie powers ,you they had fun and bitterness between them.

Truth be told they all did. Lol. It's understandable considering all that went down. But it's amazing how they're literally their characters. At the end, Bruce talked exactly like David Addison would. Lol

Bruce willis had a massive falling out with sylvester stallone. In fact bruce willis seems to fall out with everyone. Its almost as if he went through his whole career acting the asshole. And eventually hollywood said we dont want work with you anymore. So bruce willis gave hollywood the middle finger and said go screw yourselves.
