Big tip from a newbie who was kind of a dummy in the beginning. Level your traces. If you're not doing a lot of damage or debuffing, level your traces. It really does make all the difference with characters like Tinguin, Pela, and Gallagher

Hunt March 7th saved Gallagher from being powercrept by Lingsha. Because you can now go Firefly Superbreak with Lingsha and March hypercarry with Gallagher.

You can always run Gallagher with Acheron. He was never out of job

Running Gallagher outside of a Firefly break comp is kinda bad unless the enemy is weak to fire. Gallagher is so good because he shreds a lot of toughness and Firefly makes sure that the enemy is always weak to fire.

@@wongo6828 Lingsha will definitely powercreep Gallagher, however that doesn't mean that he will be bad now. He's still a very much viable FTP alternative for break teams and Acheron teams.

I would say Asta is in a really tricky spot to suggest building right now but like anyone else's she's really useful and helped me clutch one PF phase.

I finally got around to actually building Hanya and Tingyun recently. I’ve always struggled a bit micromanaging their buff effectively. Now that I’ve played longer, it doesn’t feel too bad. (Still dreading ever using Yukong again.)

Asta just helped me on AS 4 with a follow up team (Topaz, Aventurine, Ratio)! Since she speeds up the team and her skill could speed up Ratio and Numby ❤

My current favorite team is Herta, Jade, Robin and Aventurine. I was lucky and got double Jade with one multi, even though I wanted to lose 50/50 and get guarantee for Sparkle, but holy hell do I not regret it, this is the most fun I had since the story went on hiatus, I just gather all the mobs in the zone with Robin and go for 6+ waves all the time, it's awesome. Even play Pure Fiction just for the fun of it.

I already built some of the characters you mentioned, but sometimes I just wish I could build Asta, March 7th (both forms), Xueyi, and Qingque at a much faster rate. Maybe but I'm hoping they make changes when it comes to character builds such as like not relying on Trailblaze Power to get their sets pieces or talent upgrade materials from Trailblaze Power.

I've always loved xueyi and used her as the main DPS to beat AS Cocolia with ruan mei tingyun and aventurine and I enjoyed using her so much

My problem is total lack of a good DPS to go along with all them supports i can build, as i started like a week after Dr Ratio offer ended. Have a Firefly team, but nothing for a 2nd team beyond a E1 Yanqing 😅

I had the same problem when I first started, I pulled Ruan Mei and then Kafka and BS, but that left with me with no strong DPS for a second team. I used Xueyi for a while but she needs high eidolons and good relics to really be viable and I didn’t have either of those at the time. I recommend not getting too worked up about clearing the higher stages of endgame modes and focus on your Firefly team and Simulated Universe. Or you can build up a four-star DPS and it’ll work, some people can still clear MOV and PF with all four-stars. But it will take a lot of time and effort to build them to that level, and by the time you do that you’ll pull a better DPS. Before I could really build Xueyi I pulled Sparkle and switched to QQ, but by the time I built QQ I pulled Jingliu, and then I pulled E1S1 Firefly and made every other DPS on my account obsolete, haha. And sooner or later, Acheron will be coming back (I’ll put her with Kafka and BS so my DOT team won’t be made obsolete, at least). Probably just in time for the meta to shift away from Acheron and Firefly.

@@games-dan Yeah im saving up for now. Sparkle is top tier, but i would regret it. Like i did with Fu Xuan. She was my first banner and i spent like 130 pulls to get her and ive not even built her as like Sparkle i have no where to use her. But i was desperate for my first limited 5 star and i saw she was high in the tier without any understanding of characters. Acheron and Black swan have good chance in next couple pactches, so ill save everything

@@Bannedchan Fu Xuan is actually still really good (although Gallagher is better for Firefly). I got Gepard from the beginner banner and he was fantastic for early and mid game, but since I pulled FX recently she is the primary sustain I use for every team other than Firefly.

Since blade has a follow up attack in his kit I believe this counts towards one of marchs charges, so I think it would be pretty good

6:17 penacony set is useless on harmony traveller because break/superbreak doesn't scale with anything aside the toughness reduction and break eff

It can work for a character like the new march if she has a hybrid build. It’ll allow her crit-based damage (prior to the super break) to be stronger. It’s a more niche use though for trailblazer, so I’d recommend the other planar sets more.

Even with Lingsha, I still feel good using Gallagher. Although Lingsha is much stronger, Gallagher is still good enough of a substitute that I don't feel bad with the thought of skipping Lingsha. With him, i can be aggressive by focusing my characters on attacking and healing from the debuff from ult, and with his LC at S5, I can keep basic atk and keep his hp high with the LC healing, maybe him very SP friendly, not to mention his ult advance his action immediately, another skill point generating, plus his enhanced basic applying debuff while heal all allies, making him easy to gain ult stack for Acheron. I've literally been using him in every single one of my team.

None of the other units perfectly fit Ruan Mei's shoes, so it depends what you need. Asta would be my best recommend as she does good break damage if the enemy is fire weak and still provides speed and damage buffs if not, but if you need skill points Pela is a good option and if your DPS wants to use their ultimate a lot you can use Tingyun.
