the movement is so animated. this game shows us how the animation is as important as texture when it comes to graphics. while other studios nowaday tend to focus on the latter.

I'd love a Soulsborne game where you make the world around you more beautiful when you complete an area. Like when you kill a boss or something, you lift part of an ongoing curse, and the world around you becomes filled with art and color, Beautiful sculptures, little animals come back, lively music, etc.

HOW is it soul-like? in souls-like you lose all carried souls when you die and have to pick them up before dying again or you lose them forever... here they even say in CAPS letters: WHERE EVERY DEATH MAKES YOU STRONGER this is definition of rogue-lite (yes, LITE, not LIKE, because in rogue-LIKE your death means starting over from very beginning a.k.a. PERMADEATH)
