I needed to get some grains fermenting. I have one more stripping run on the last banana mash. Then I can do the finish run on all the banana low wines and barrel it. Nothing happens fast in this hobby. Butt if you stick with it… it will happen eventually.😊👍🥃

Please, get a decent camera that doesn't make so much noise and try to plan your filming so it's not so jerky and hurried. Couldn't watch the video because of the noise while holding whatever you're filming with.
