You're one of the most interesting performers of traditional banjo music out there. I enjoyed this so much.

Building an all copper still that's just whipping my ass and frustrating as hell. This here is keeping me going! Thanks for the extra boost of motivation.

Kentucky moonshiner as I know it. I play it similarly like that. Great version. Btw what tuning are you in
@ZacSokolow2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It’s that double c tuning where you tune the fifth string down a bit. I think to an E instead of a G. I’m a bit lower, buts that’s the tuning anyway.

@@ZacSokolow oh I know that tuning. It’s Rocky island tuning
@ZacSokolow2 жыл бұрын
Never played it in that tuning. I’ll have to try it!

@@ZacSokolow that’s the tuning a lot of old timers around here play it

This is excellent, your voice suits the song well. How long have you been playing for?
@ZacSokolow2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Kyle. I've been playing since I was a kid, so a good twenty years or so. My dad plays the banjo, so I started playing with him.

Very nice playing and singing… Is that a skin head you have on that Wildwood banjo, or is it a Five-Star?
