After studying the different journals available on Amazon and finding some in a pretty green distressed genuine leather with deckle edged paper, etc., I decided the Moonster Leather Journal was for me instead and at least for now anyway. I love the idea of helping a wonderful charity in the process and appreciate the time taken to create videos that could answer my questions in regards to paper quality, etc. Thank you so much!! I'm sure I will be very pleased to receive such a lovely gift to myself tomorrow =) Blessings!! I have also subscribed to your channel =)

I'm fairly new to this channel but a quick search for Q&As turned up nothing. I'm just curious to what you do with all these note books. Art, writing, work, journals, or just collecting a variety because you enjoy it? Great review, hope to see more!

Hi there! All of the above! Except I don't create visual art. I use them for writing, journaling, random notes, to dos, business organizing, planning etc. and yes I like to collect them! :)

Would the paper be thick enough for scrapbooking?
@journaljoy6 жыл бұрын
I think so!
@jamesaritchie14 жыл бұрын
Why would you put your writing sample in the middle of the journal? I've never, ever seen anyone else do that. The last page is where you test the paper. You can usually remove a page from the back,, but you're risking the entire journal when you remove a page from the middle. Anyway, I had one of these. It's very, very cool, but also very, very low quality. At least the one I had was. The pages started falling apart after less than two months of gentle use. I hope yours has lasted better, but there are much better brands at the same price.

Can it handle watercolor? And can I wire and paint on both pages
@bruh_youmad5 жыл бұрын
Not very well. You can’t use an eraser
@Lavalamp-yk1zo5 жыл бұрын
I find that watercolour temporarily warps the paper and leaves it very vulnerable to tearing and stretching. However you can paint on it. I recommend using minimal water. It is true, if you try to use an eraser, it peels up the paper and will eventually leave a hole.

Is it good for watercolor

I don't really use watercolor but since it's heavy cotton paper it should be able to handle light water color. Let me know if you try it out! :)
