I love the rails, but had a couple issues. I also had the missing bolt issue. The collapsable nuts are crap. On mine both sides spun in place when they were about 1/4 way collapsed before getting even close to torque. I suggest using your own rivet nut solution.

If you are interested in these, could you screw in some screws before spraying Bed Liner? seem simple if you haven't already sprayed it

I had the issues with the screw count. It seems that there was a revised kit version in Feb 2021 but the Mopar part# was the same in both cases. However on the date on the instructions will be different along with the new 14 screw count. I got with my purchase dealer about the concern and they took care of the missing screw count.

As long as the tonneau sits on top of the bed rails, yes.

Do you know what size nuts fit inside the rails. I need to secure my powertank. Will the Toyota nut inserts work?

Which nuts? Do you mean the threaded holes in the bed?
