I have owned mine since early April and it is terrific. Sounds really great and the acceleration is fantastic - besides that the mileage is really great as well (when I take it easy)!

@@junlee7763 haha I get that, however if that’s the case a slip on every shift over a shock to axles, drivetrain, and mounts is less damaging. When you drive the car normally you slip it anyways, it’s no different just don’t ride the clutch 🤷🏽♂️

If you press the brake then turn the vsa off then on , still holding the brake engage the electronic parking brake then let off of the brake turn the vsa off then on, with the electronic parking brake still engaged, hold the brake pedal & turn the vsa off then on. You will get a blinking traction control light with the traction control light on. The Accord 2.0 will become a complete different animal.

My new WRX with the horrible stock tune is faster than this boat. I just ran a 5.1

@@jfielder8656 Front wheel drive launch doesn't compare to a proper AWD WRX launch with that traction. As someone who went from 2007 WRX to 2019 Accord 2.0T sport manual, I can attest to the very noticeable difference. Maybe stickier tires will help compared to the All-season stock Eagles, but I don't think a lot.

ProVishGaming turning on sport mode isn’t going to shave off half a second in any car. There is a difference between a 6 second car and a 5.5 second car in a race (1/2 a second = roughly 1 & 1/4 car length), and turning off and on a button isn’t gonna do that. It might FEEL faster and at most yield 1/10 or 2/10 improvement, not half a second.

How bad is that torque steer?
@tieningwang46826 жыл бұрын
Actually, Type R minimizes the torque steering, so maybe Accord has the same design? www.wired.com/story/honda-civic-type-r-torque-steer/ “If the offset of the center line of the steering axis and center of the driving tire contact patch are minimized, torque steer is minimized,” says Honda product planner Rob Keough. If the axes line up perfectly, the torque differences are geometrically eliminated. “That’s pretty much what we aimed for, and accomplished.”
