Awesome video, s400 lego pieces! I'm guessing 880 for the hp number when you get to dyno time. I like the removal and install in pieces, that is much easier than struggling to get to the nuts holding the turbine housing to the manifold. Thanks for sharing!

Using an impact on the vband of a stock vgt turbo cost me $2000 after 2 year when the housing started coming loose and compressor wheel was hitting the housing... Learned to use torque wrench when working around moving parts.

@@drake_24v_hawkins it was actually not tight enough. After it failed I test it and impacting the vband till it stopped tightening it was actually still less then 7ft lbs

If you’re tightening something (like a vband) with an impact if any part of the vband can flex it’ll absorb the shock load from the impact without actually tightening anything.
