More apples than dough! Super creamy apple pie!

Preparation and ingredients:
2 eggs
pinch of salt
50 g sugar (3-3.5 tablespoons)
Beat with a mixer
100 ml of milk
Peel 1/2 lemon
25 g melted butter
Pour 80 g of flour in portions (4 tablespoons )
Peel 4-5 apples and cut into thin slices with a potato peeler
You can also cut thin slices with a knife
Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon (optional)
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the batter
Add the apples in portions so that each slice is in the batter
Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease with butter
Put the apples with batter in portions so that there are no holes.
Drizzle with melted butter
Bake for 55-60 minutes at 180 ° C
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)
Good Appetite!

I made this today for the second time and it turned out really yummy. I noticed that I should have left it in the pan until all the way cool so it could set up. It was kind of runny warm from the oven. But later it was set at room temperature and was creamy as described. I would not serve it warm again. I used granny Smith apples and gluten free flour. I think just a few more grams of flour would be perfect. I added double the sugar the second time and a quarter teaspoon salt. The lemon rind is delicious in there. I also added a smidgen of cinnamon. Really good!

Мой самый любимый пирог с яблоками. Пеку всегда двойную порцию и с летними и с зимними сортами. Иногда оставляю даже кожицу ( особенно красную). Получается красиво. Можно добавить корицу, ваниль. Сверху посыпать миндальной крошкой и т.п. У меня этот рецепт записан под названием " французский пирог "невидимый". Но, есть одно НО - этот пирог понравится тем, кто любит влажную выпечку. Use a small spring pan! I made this today, prepped a “normal” 10 inch or so pan and it was way too big. I wound up using like a 7” pie pan, transferred the parchment over,, buttered the sides and it was still rather shallow. And I used 6 apples. It’s an AMAZING desert!

Four apples instead of five makes a significant difference in cake size, but not cooking time. My use of 1 TBS almond flour went just fine, no noticible change in cake consistency. Going to continue using the almond flour (just one tablespoon substitute in recipe) but going back to five apples. Also, shaved apple cooked much better than sliced apple - I was using Green Dragon apples. Wonderful cake. My son, who has a degenerative nerve disease and trouble handling cuttlery, loves this cake because it can be cut into bite-sized bits and eaten with fingers. Not to mention, it's beautiful, flavorful, and healthy. I eat my piece warm from the oven, my son eats all the rest cooled. It lasts one day! And I'm pleased about that because it is hard to keep weight on my son.
