Nice one, Bob. Looooove that e28! Surprised I was able to concentrate on the headlights on Thursday with that in your workshop haha! Why was the Merc headlight replaced? This has a led strip not working,I can see stripping and repairing light internals will be something that is coming very soon.

great idea about the booking charge you need to cover your losses just because someone can't be bothered to turn up , to many people taking the piss nowadays 👍🚙🚗

After another week of it not running as it should we have had to slow the bookings down from 6 per day to 4 per day,this will increase our lead time to around 4 weeks. We have had to make the decision of taking a booking fee and started implementing it yesterday. Some customer are not keen and others understand 🤷‍♂️ I’m never going to please everyone

This week was a 3 day week and 1 full day was taken up on the e28 so not a lot of time to make content,the channel was set up to be a vlog for myself to see the changes I can make over time,it’s never going to be a how to channel they are covered by many people. Like I put in the vid next week is going to show more before and after jobs to show more of the jobs but again won’t be showing all the fixes etc as I I’m not into putting know fixes out there that could effect other sparkies from making money.
