I agree with Hiker78. Well done. There are several others who are doing interviews but your format works very well.

Thanks for the feed back! I'm aware of the "Hiker Trash Video" series. And whoinsamhill (channel) is a master at interviews and is my all time favorite. Who else is doing trail-side interviews? Regards, Stickman.

+StickmanWilmingtonNC The channels you named, the Flip Flop Flippin series and there was a young guy (can't remember the channel at the moment) who did interviews. He was very artistic in his approach.

I live in Maine and I've hiked up katahdin 3 times. I've been at the top when people finished the whole trail. I always wondered why people did it and how they found the time. Now I know.

I’m amazed at how I can ask the same questions … and receive vastly different responses … yet all are from the soul and most sincere! Thanks for the comments Len.

When I started in mid March there was a French mother & son team. He had a mop of curly hair and was carrying a trumpet. I've wondered how they done so far.

I wish I had an update for you - but I have not heard of them nor have I crossed paths with them on my section hikes. Thanks for watching. Regards, Stickman.

It's funny talking to people from Japan that they had the cahoonies to poke the bear back in the 40's.

Great video. FYI, you only develop immunity to the particular strain of the Norovirus that you contracted. But because immunity is not long term and there are hundreds of strains, with new ones developing every 2 years or so, a person can get Noro over and over again. But all hikers on the AT most likely get the same strain, so at least Eagle is covered for the hiking season.

He never asks them why they just follow a trail, like sheep - why they don't make their own way across some wilderness. With GPS now, it's never been easier or more feasible. Even as 'safe'. Maybe Americans like playing Follow my Leader. I get that impression.

its amazing to me how many people that actually hike the AT, mispronounce it...it's "appa LATCH ian" not LAYSH.....DAMMIT...lol
@StickmanWilmingtonNC8 жыл бұрын
I read somewhere that it’s pronounced “LATCH ian” in the southern regions but swings to “LAYSH ian” up north somewhere. lol.
