Wow. I was on the fence in the beginning but once you finished all the stenciling i was amazed ! I was thinking the green and purple balloon overlap would turn brown and ruin the panel. Good job cathy

Wonderful card Cathy. I used your link too to get myself a new powder tool. That one from TE seems like a perfect replacement for my bean bag style that make a bit of a mess. I like that it didn't have bristle either that would get caught in the cover. Definitely going to get my stencils out and give it a go for a few niece's upcoming birthday cards.

great colors. I think if you ove the stencil and just mask three off, far away from each other, you don't need to keep masking, seems to me all the balloons are the same shape and size and you're not keeping it in the first placement anyway, just my tip there for you or others watching ;-)
