More HSTs for export plus other interesting moves at Manea & Shippea Hill 30/10/2023

Coverage from a couple of hours at Manea for some freight action, plus LSL's 37521 heading to Norwich to collect 3 ex-DRS mk2s from Great Yarmouth for repainting at Eastleigh, plus Rail Adventure's 43464 & 43480 heading to Ely to collect 4 HST power cars for their expanding fleet.
Then it's a quick hop to Shippea Hill to see ex-Cross Country's InterCity 125 liveried 43007 & XC liveried 43367 heading from Ely to Great Yarmouth for loading onto Panthera J for export.
